A quantitative digest of the ESP-Nexus structured study database for Macro-PK & Dice: 12 studies spanning 1955–2023, with every figure traceable to its source. ESP-Nexus reports what the studies found and takes no position on whether the effects are genuine.
Sixteen studies spanning 1991 to 2024 report a wide range of outcomes on micro-psychokinesis, with no consistent pattern across results. Some studies yield notably large positive effects, including z-scores of 6.81 (Radin 2013), 4.36 (Milojevic 2023), and 3.95 (Radin 2015), alongside effect sizes of 0.68 Cohen's d (Taylor 1996) and 0.33 Pearson's r (Braud 1991). Others, however, report null or below-chance findings: Radin (2023) obtained z = -3.0, Walleczek (2019, 2020) each returned z = -2.02, and Jakob (2024) produced a non-significant p of 0.28. The remaining studies fall between these poles, with borderline or modest figures.
This body of evidence is markedly heterogeneous in direction, magnitude, and statistical approach, making aggregation difficult. Four results are null or below chance, and effect-size metrics span multiple scales that resist direct comparison. The field has not converged on a consistent effect, and the reasons for the divergence, whether methodological, procedural, or attributable to chance variation, remain actively debated.

What is unsettled
- Reported directions disagree across studies (some positive, some null or below-chance).
- 1 result(s) report a null or below-chance (negative) effect.
